The Executive Director and office staff provide administrative support for all Board and committee activities, prospective candidate reviews, as well as interface with the public and government agencies and individuals in need of care.

The Board of Trustees appointed Jennifer Dorrell, MS as Executive Director in 2007. Ms. Dorrell has been with the Consortium since 2002.
