OSOTC Staff

The Consortium office is located at 9200 Memorial Drive, Plain City, Ohio 43064-8638. The Board of Trustees appointed Jennifer Dorrell, MS as Executive Director in 2007. Ms. Dorrell has been with the Consortium since 2002. Corinthia Meager, Office Manager, has been with the Consortium since 2005.  The Executive Director and office staff provide administrative support for all the committee activities, as well as interface with the public and government agencies and individuals in need of care.
