EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
The Executive Committee consists of the Consortium Board officers and other senior Board members, with one representative from each of the seven member hospitals, and the Director of the Ohio Department of Health. The Executive Committee conducts the business of the Board of Trustees in the interim between Board meetings and is convened as required.
