BOARD OF TRUSTEES

The Board of Trustees consists of two representatives from each of the seven member institutions, the Director of the Ohio Department of Health as a member ex-officio, as well as the Chairman of the Organ Procurement Organization Committee, who is a non-voting member. The affairs of the OSOTC are conducted by the Board of Trustees and include formulation of all policy and the establishment of the annual operating budget. The Board meets four times annually to review and render an opinion on the recommendations made by the standing committees.
